Absolutely great company!! Replied almost straight away and was able to fit us in after being let down by another... person and tbh I am glad I was let down as Abbey Windows did an amazing job!! My mum is disabled and has been needed her guttering cleared for a while and rather than risk my life attempting this I messaged Abbey Windows!! They are professional and efficient at their job my mum was absolutely amazed with the job! They even said any other issues to let them know l, and with that we had a small issue but after sending a video of what was wrong they were able to determine the problem and solve it for us. What a difference it has made to the appearance, and I can now rest assured the moss won't lift the tiles causing leaks. They did a professional job for a good price and cleaned up really well. ABBEY WINDOWS ROOF MOSS REMOVAL SERVICEI am very happy to recommend Abbey Windows roof removal service. Our roof had... fourteen years of moss build-up and was much in need of a clean-up. After accepting a very competitive quote, Nic and team arrived promptly on the assigned date/time to tackle the job. Initially they worked on the difficult job of loosening and brushing off the moss. Our roof was not straightforward, having different levels, pitches and some difficult access points to contend with. However, they fully assessed and planned the job, adjusting this where necessary to get rid of the more stubborn moss deposits. There was still residual moss visible on the tiles at the stage the biocide was applied. However, as Nic had advised, the job of the biocide is to work over time, eradicating these deposits and offering some protection against re-growth. Three weeks on, the roof is virtually clear of moss but the biocide is continuing to work not only on the moss but also the discolouration on the tiles resulting from algae deposits.Abbey Windows were prompt and courteous in all my dealings with them and kept me very much in the loop with any changes required operationally. They also did a great clean-up job, cleaning the gutters and removing all the waste from the site.read more
